As jobs sometimes run over, dates are not exact to when Bob will arrive, but the office calls before to let you know when Bob will come. He arrives promptly, works efficiently, and is extremely neat. As this was a 54" vinyl covering I had purchased prior, and live in a high rise, he was kind to have a machine that did the pasting at the dock, not in my home. There were difficult wraps, narrow corners, which were done amazingly perfect. Cabinet doors, drawers, were taken off for the perfect fit. Great job!

We called Bob after he was strongly recommended to us by another company. At our first visit, it was clear that Bob understands all the quirks and nuances of old homes and wallpapering (and so much more). His conscientiousness and expertise pervades every interaction and every job. He and his son did a magnificent job papering our bathroom, leaving it spotless afterward. They worked efficiently for a more than fair price. I had made a mess of painting the base board with oil-based paint in anticipation of their arrival, and Bob took the time to show me a quick and neat way of removing the splatter from the porcelain floor. He is always willing to share his knowledge with others in the most helpful and generous way. We know that Bob has done work for some very important people around town (we are not surprised--he's the best!) and we feel so grateful and fortunate that he was willing to work his magic in our home.
