Riverside Exteriors LLC

We had a pretty crazy hail storm in April of 2013. Our neighborhood was crawling with fly-by night contracts (as well as legitimate companies) looking for roofing work. Jordan from Riverside Exteriors was in the neighborhood giving quotes to another neighbor. I called him over and I was immediately impressed. Jordan is a young guy, but has great energy and knowledge. He knew the entire process of the insurance claim we would have to go through and was actually more helpful than our own insurance company in explaining it. He was the only person (and I talked to many!) that was willing to be there when the insurance adjuster was scheduled to inspect our house. It was great to have two sets of trained eyes on the problem. 
After the inspection, we ended up needing a new roof and all of its related details. All new siding. New gutters in the front. Jordan's attention to detail in this area was outstanding. He was sure to use color match details like dryer vent covers and color matched caulking on the siding. I wasn't even aware of the existence of these items. Insurance did not cover them however. Jordan used them at no cost to me so the house would look its best. He also found a great deal on new vinyl shutters as they were  not covered by insurance either. Jordan even offered color advice on the siding and shutters.
The roof was completed in a single long day. The siding and gutters in two and a half days (we have a lot of siding). Jordan was present to supervise and help with the job nearly constantly over those few days. We couldn't be more happy with the results. We have had several large storms since the work has complete - no leaks. The Riverside Exteriors warranty would cover any leaks anyway. The siding has elicited many compliments from friends and neighbors. 
In sum total, Jordan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgable, hard working, available, and professional.  He clearly wants each of his jobs to stand out for its quality. I cannot recommend Riverside Exteriors enough.
