This is long over due from 4/2021. Since, my mother has died. The personnel was professional with an I care attitude! Bathroom make over for my aging mother. Made sure we understood what they were doing and why. Cleaned up after themselves very respectful to us and our home.. Mother was so pleased. Every time she showered, she would say, â They did a wonderful job!â She was right!

Amazing customer service! The owner of this company gave me every detail that I needed to get my dadâ s stair lift installed. He came to my dadâ s house within hours of calling him. I did check other places and got quotes but the comparison was not even close. I would never go anywhere else. They had my dadâ s stair lift installed before he got home from the hospital going out of their way to help us out. Beginning this process I had absolutely no idea where to go and I can promise you this was the best choice I couldâ ve made hands-down.. After the stair lifts were installed their customer service continued ...answering the phone with any question I had and calling me back within an hour. Completely professional, incredibly friendly, and I know 1000% if I need any help in the future they will be there instantly. Going with a hometown Cincinnati company could not have been a better choice. They really make you feel like they care and will go out of their way to make sure youâ re happy.

This company is great to work with. We had a traumatic experience and desperately needed a stairlift. They quickly came out and measured to make sure everything would be just right. When we needed to change schedule they were accommodating. Everyone was very professional and when work was finished they cleaned up. I recommend Right Now Mobility to anyone who needs a stairlift.

We were stunned with the amazing service!! We had attempted to use others and had poor results. "Right Now Mobility" returned our calls, were prompt, thorough and easy to work with. They were so paitent with my 80 year old mother. When you can impress the 80 year old mother, you've done something! I was very impressed. I spoke to different companies and some of them did not even call back. Right Now Mobility did called back. They explained everything and never tried to gouge me. When they completed the chair lift, they had me set a time with them when I could bring my mother home from the nursing facility, so that they could show her and explained to her how to use the chair, and had her try it while they were there. They wanted to make sure that she knew how to use it properly. They showed her how to make her turns, how to get up, showed her how not to fall back, and how to get back in the chair. They spent a lot of time working with her so that she could do it on her own. They were also neat as a pin. This Right Now Mobility called and had us answer questions about our particular needs. They explained that there are different types of chairs. The company explained all kinds of chairs. They did not try to upsell. The company also told me that even if you don't buy from us, we will answer any questions. They treated me like family. They also offered to help after mom passed away. They helped explain how to sell it, or if the company could possibly buy it back. He won my mother over by helping her as much as they did. They also asked us to call them when we left the nursing home, so that they would be there to set up before we arrived. Since then Mom has died, but the chair really helped toward the end. I believe that Right Now Mobility went above and beyond with us. They were so very special. Not just with the job, but as people.

From one of our guys going to her home and explaining the process, to Dawn, our Customer Service Manager, following up with them with info. "His stairlift was located on the basement steps. They needed extension brackets to accommodate for the door at the very top of the steps.The rail of the stairlift sticks out about a foot from the top and bottom of the steps to allow the user of the stairlift to get off in a safe place.Extension brackets allow for the rail to be extended without interfering with the door."

"She originally submitted a request on Homeadvisor for a Ramp. After determining a ramp was going to take up half the yard and be expensive, she was ready to give up. We brought up an idea of doing an outdoor stairlift. It was more than half the price of the ramp option and wasn't an eyesore for the yard. Remember we want what's best for you. We provide options."

"We were able to raise the rail at the top of the steps to make the seat a bit higher. This was needed because the user of the stairlift was having a hard time getting up and down out of the chair. This gave him another 2 inches of rise to help stand him up at the top of the steps."
