When I called Rick about the kitchen sink that fell out, he said if there were water leakage involved he would come out immediately. There was no water leakage so we had Rick come out the next evening. He cleaned the adhesive away, replaced the sink with adhesive and braced the sink in place so the adhesive would set correctly. The adhesive had to dry for 24 hrs so he left the sink braced in place, then left taking the pipes with him so that he could purchase the correct ones. He returned the next day, completed the job. He has always arrived on time, always been a pleasure to speak with, and has performed both jobs for us beautifully, and both jobs were done very well. I would recommend Rick to anyone.
