Rick and his team were great to work with! Rick was very thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was always available when we needed something and helped us talk through some tough decisions. We were able to get our home sold right on time with the purchase of our new home and while it is a stressful process, Rick and team did everything they could to help us stay calm and reassured. Jay Webb was incredibly helpful and patient in helping us find our next home. We had some unique situations come up along the way but he worked hard to advocate for us and get us the best price for our new home.

He is wonderful and is also the listing agent for my son and daughter-in-law's house. He is great and has a thorough knowledge of the west side of Cincinnati. His office staff works very well together and is very thoughtful. At tax time he sent us a copy of our settlement statement because he said often when people move they lose important documents; I thought that was very cool.

He's one of the few real estate agents that know the east and west side of Cincinnati. He's also very helpful as far as an infomational resource for tax appeals and home value.
