The estimate I had was quite high. I'm a new member to Angie's List. I looked and found Mr. Koopman. I emailed him at 6:30 on Wednesday evening and he responded by 9:30 that evening. We agreed on Saturday and he was was here...surveyed my property and walked around my property explaining to me what he did. The middle of the following week, I had his drawings in my hand. So...within one week...it was complete. Thank you Mr. Koopman!
