The initial encounter with Danny Adams was very positive. On April 21st, after several weeks of waiting, he installed a hot water heater and microwave oven. He specifically wrote on the invoice if there was any leaks to call him. A guy doing maintenance on my furnace noticed a leak and told me it needed to be fixed. On May 16th, we finally decided on the appointment to fix the issues that I had. Incidentally,the issues were that it was leaking at the junctures and later found out the hot and cold water pipes were interchangeable put wrong and the ice make didn't work properly. Earlier that morning, he called to tell us his truck was being towed on the expressway. I called his office to find out how long his truck would be out. They told me most of the week. I called back Friday of that week, to his office and cell, urging him to reschedule as soon as possible. There has been no communication since. He has not responded to any of the messages I left on his cell phone or office. I hired a plumber on 6.22 to fix it and it cost me $325.00. I want ResComm360 to reimburse me. Initially I would have given them an "A" grade but he is not a person who stands by his work.
