Realtor was never on time for appointments. Realtor's agent neglected to tell us the "personal property" included the appliances that were stated to stay with the home and when we declined any "personal property", the homeowner sold the appliances, creating an additional cost to us.  Also, the inspectors that were recommended, did not do a very good job. The HVAC units do not function properly, eventhough, a professional service person inspected the units. The home warranty will not cover at any time, the HVAC system. The septic inspector, inspected the system a day before the appointment time and left us waiting for him to show up on the appointment day. No phone call to let us know he had even been there. We had an issue right away and had to hire a different septic service provider to repair a float.  Had all of the above been addressed by Real Living's professionals, we would not have purchased the home. We will now have to pay many more thousands of dollars above what we paid for the home.

I like that she is very honest and if you want a home, she will find it for you. Also, she is always punctual, returns calls and very friendly.
