I left a message at their office this morning.  They called back shortly after and said they would be at my home this morning.  They arrived within the hour and had my fan blower working properly again quickly.

I found my furnace had failed early Friday morning and called Raisor Heating based on the recommendation of a friend. They were able to schedule service for lunchtime that day, and he arrived at the time specified with potential replacement parts in hand. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the furnace and repaired it without needing to replace any parts. He tested the repair thoroughly and left.. He followed up after about 4 hours to confirm that no additional problems had been encountered. This entire service call was friendly and professional.

My family and I woke to a cold house on a very cold Monday morning in January, unfortunately to discover that our furnace was no longer operating (appeared that pilot was not operating properly).  Given the temperature in the house was dropping fast (outside temp was somewhere between 10F and 15F), we gathered some things together to go to a friend's house to keep warm.  I called Raisor prior to leaving the house (around 8am).  By the time I returned at 8:45am Tony from Raisor Heating was waiting for me in his truck.  Tony proceeded to quickly troubleshoot the furnace and within minutes determined there to be an issue with the pilot valve.  The entire process was probably about 30 minutes (including time to troubleshoot, leave to get replacement part, and make final repair), and the furnace has worked fine ever since.  I was concerned that I would end up sitting through some type of sales pitch regarding a service contract or new furnace, but was very pleased to be proven wrong.  Tony was very professional and polite, and simply fixed the problem at hand without any pitches for service contracts and/or equipment.  Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Problem with A/C unit. 9yr old Fisher home, Goodman brand, contractor standard (5yr warranty) model. On a very hot day outside portion of air conditioner stopped working. Made a humming sound like motor was stuck. Top of unit was hot from motor. Fan (motor) was free but not turning. I read a lot of reviews on Angie's list. Many happy people with many companies. In looking deeper on the "A" reviews I saw most "fixes" where resolved with new multi thousand dollar units. I cross referenced with BBB to find a fair number (16) of complaints on the same "A" list companies. So I looked for Angie A ratings with low cost A/C repair histories. RAISOR HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING stood out. Not many reviews but all A's and no bad BBB reviews. His business has a long work history and I found his reviews said he is a problem solver with some service work that involved replacing a bad part (as it should be). Very happy, good honest man. Owner Tony Raisor did the work himself. I should also say the day was over 90º when my A/C stopped working. I called Raisor at 10:00pm that night and was told they where very busy due to the heat. Tony was on site by 11:30 am the next morning. He said he had so much work he could use 12 more guys... I will definitely use his service for any future work.

We called Raisor Heating at ten thirty at night during the winter because our furnace quit working. He came out at nine in the morning before he had any other jobs and he was able to repair my furnace. He is very responsive and very professional. We had another seperate problem two weeks later with our furnace and he was able to do come at eight in the morning to replace a fan.

I called Mr. Raisor to get a quote for a new furnace. I told him what the first company had told me, that the furnace was shutting off from a safety mechanism due to a cracked heat exchanger. He came out promptly and asked if he could first turn on and examine the furnace. He spent a few minutes testing and concluded that it did not exhibit any signs of a cracked heat exchanger. He found a switch that was "gunked up," cleaned it, and the furnace ran perfectly. By this time I had received quotes from 5 different heating companies, all of which were too happy to suggest a new furnace. None of them even questioned the first companies incorrect diagnosis. Mr. Raisor is as honest as they come. He could have sold me a new furnace, but instead he saved me $4500! My furnace is old, but when it truly does go out, I'm calling Raisor heating and air. He just gained a customer for life!

The gentleman that came to do the job owns the company and he did a great job. He was concerned about not getting anything dirty and was so polite and accommodating in every way. In fact, he was able to help us get a rebate back for upgrading our heating and air!

We had no heat and he dropped what he was doing and came on over. He responded to our emergency promptly and was very much appreciated. He fixed our immediate need and then came back promptly to fix the problem completely.

Tony came out on Easter Sunday because I had no air conditioning. He replaced the unit on Tuesday. He and he wife were very responsive and helpful.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. HE'S BEEN DOING THIS FOR US FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS AND HE ALWAYS COMES THROUGH. HE WAS ORIGINALLY RECOMMENDED BY THE OIL COMPANY.
