Gary always handled doing our shut off for a fair price.   But I apparently had him bite off too much given he had a bad leg and no decent help.  Gary and a rookie helper did a decent size job installing a row of new heads.     After the job was complete and I paid him, I noticed a short in the system it would intermittenly blink and one of the 8 stations no longer came on.   That's when the fun started.   Gary promised to fix it.   One of the heads that was installed burst because his installer dug a hole in the middle of a root of a healthy tree.   The tree of course grew, the root moved and the pipe burst.  I called another company to fix that because I needed that station to work.
 I must have called Gary at least  20 times and he no showed at least 5 times before finally comming out to the house after 2 years.  In the meantime I had paid him for one other repair and at least one shut off.    When he came out he couldn't find one of the stations undergrown because he didn't have a locator.   That was the last time I saw or heard from him.    It would have been so much more helpful if he told me after doing the job and realizing it was botched if he just told me he was struggling and couldn't afford to fix his mistake.   I did offer to dig the trench for a new wire from one station to the down station myself to save him the worst part of the job.

Rainmaker was recommended to me by a friend. Gary Cooper is one of the principals and he services my sprinkler. I use them twice a year and repairs as needed. They are on time, reasonably priced, and do what needs to be done and then some. They are competent. I have recommended them to other people already.

They are very timely and did exactly what we wanted them to do. They are also very courteous and professional.

The job was delayed by a week and a half. When they did start, they had it done in two days. He also corrected the system in the front by adding different sprinkler heads to provide better coverage. He made a point to clean up the area.
