Outstanding and fantastic! They were very good, they're responsive, good communication, thorough and did the job in the time frame that they said they would. They are also very clean and tidy.

They did not respond to my multiple attempts to contact.

They never returned the call to even set up a time to give an estimate.

Overall, the experience was good. We are pleased with the final product and Joe was responsive when we were making the plans and setting up the install. However, we were disappointed with the way in which the installers treated the existing landscape. They did not take much care to preserve some of the surrounding ivy and grass. Items were strewn about the yard and ivy, causing some of the ivy to die--I know it will come back, but it could have been avoided. In order to do the work, the installers moved 2 large planters on to our porch, which wasn't a problem, but we did want them put back to their original spot. We contacted Joe after the project was finished and asked if he could have someone stop by to move the planters--they are too heavy for us to move. Joe "promised" that would happen. After a month when no one returned, we contacted Joe. We called his cell phone and left a message. That was 2 weeks ago and their has not been a returned call. This lack of professionalism was disappointing.

The crew was friendly and polite, punctual everyday, did exactly what they said they would when they said they would do it. And left the site clean daily. Professionals that did an exceptional job.

Great crew. Very hard working and responsive to my concerns. Our patio looks great and the regrade and drainage system has kept our basement dry.

They were able to come 1 week early. Extremely professional group. They nicked our invisible fence cable and were able to fix it themselves. No call to Invisible Fence.

Kirk and his team did a phenomenal job! I was amazed at how quickly they were able to start and finish the job. I'm used to construction tasks that drag on forever, but these guys are fast.

There was a slight delay with the commencement of the work, but it was still a very good experience.  Everyone was very pleasant, their trucks didn't cause any damage to the yard, and the final job looks absolutely beautiful.  In fact, I've received several compliments about the driveway and the sidewalk.

This project went very well. Once we negotiated price, material, gravel, we went to showroom to choose colors and design plans very specific to our needs. Construction began as scheduled and work was done in a timely manner (about 4-5 days). They were very clean, and the end product was so beautiful. The contractor was very careful to do correct drainage and to run wire for future electric hookup. I was overall extremely satisfied with the end result and the patio/concrete is beautiful.

I met Kirk at the Home and Garden show back in 2013 and when the time came to get quotes on redoing our front porch, walkway and side entrace to our breezeway, we called him along with two others.
RKC outshined the other companies that provided me quotes due to the level of detail and consideration that Kirk gave me when he came out to give an estimate. My wife and I were not dead set on a design, so I simply asked him, "What do you think would look good?" On the spot, Kirk sketched out 3 possibilities for my wife and I to consider and got us the bid a few days later. Let me tell you, his design and the finished product look absolutely amazing. (I asked this question to everyone and Kirk was the only one to draw me sketches and really spend time walking me through the design in my yard.)
I would HIGHLY recommend RKC to anyone needing concrete work, as I was absolutely blown away with the politeness of the crew and quality of the end-product.
One note, which did not bother me at all as I'm young and hearty, is that to keep their price competitive (they were the most competitive of the three bids), they just put the dirt they dig up to the side of the walkway. I spent a couple hours over the weekend getting it off the grass and when the job is over, I'll put it back up against the walkway. Again, doesn't bother me in the least, but just want to make sure you are aware if you are reading this and to remember, that's something anyone can do and it helps keep their bid very competitive.
