Brian came out prior to the closing and resolved this. He showed up on time and performed the work timely. I was thrilled with their responsiveness, quallity of work, and price. I would highly recommend everyone to use this company. I know I will in the future!!

I was given a much lower quote than another local company. Brian showed up early or on time for the estimate/work/inspections, even during a bad lightning storm! He put up with the City of Blue Ash making him to do an unnecessary pre-inspection (Blue Ash changed their rules this year and haven't quite worked out their kinks. Inspector actually came from Dayton so would give us two hour windows to wait - Brian was alway there right at the start of the window). He was professional, friendly, and didn't charge me extra for installing a new dryer vent cord because he was already at my house for other work.
