Tim was great - he came on time and did what we needed very quickly and well. We'll definitely call him again!

Couldn't be happier with the situation. Once Tim figured out what happened and where the problem was, he explained that he could fix it, or explain to me how I could fix it. That's right, he showed me how to fix the problem and didn't charge me a dime. What an honest guy. You can be sure he won't pretend to fix something that isn't broken and he won't overcharge. Great to know good business practices are not extinct. I would absolutely recommend Proper Plumbing to family and friends.

I had real good results with them. They do good repairs and show up when they are supposed to. I felt like I was treated fairly.

Getting ready for church on Sunday morning, I was faced with a shower that wasn't draining. I went downstairs to complain to my husband only to find that it was in fact draining, through the ceiling and onto our stairs. I called Tim immediately, and through a series of questions, he determined that as soon as the tub emptied, the rain in my stairwell would cease and the repair could wait until Monday morning. He came the next morning, covered the carpeted stairs and wood floors with drop cloth and promptly got to work. He ended up cutting a hole in the leaking ceiling (since the leak was under the tub), snaking the pipe quite a ways, replacing part of the pipe, and cleaning up after himself (disposing of debris, sweeping and using a vacuum). One of the great parts about working with Tim is that he does plumbing and electrical so we often have him do more than one thing when he comes out on a call! He is personable, respectful, and someone I would recommend to anyone!
