We decided to keep our existing carpeting as we could not find a replacement carpet we liked as well for the stairway and hallway and replace the carpet in the bedroom & sitting room with engineered hard wood.
We worked with Jennifer Osborne and she is the best!

Ms Osborne greeted me by name, knew what types of products I was interested in using and escorted me directly to the area where those products were located. She was well versed about engineered hardwood flooring, listened, suggested, guided and recommended based on my descriptions of what I wanted and did not want. 
The result a very successful outcome to our appointment. After prolonged searching at other suppliers, I had found my ideal flooring product, and identified all adjunct materials.
Ms. Osborne was friendly, professional, knew her product, and all the requirements of my project
She provided an itemized, complete cost quote for the flooring and all other materials based on the measurements provided by the contrator I had been working with for several weeks.  After a phone conversation, thie  cost quote was Emailed to me within several days after our meeting..
Overall a wonderful experience. 
Ultimately, I decided to postpone the project due to the fact that the contractor I'd been working with for weeks decided he did not want to do the project.
