Pratt Professional Painting

Bill provided an estimate in early March and was able to complete the work in April. The work was professional and fully met our expectations. His price was reasonable and beat that of two other competitors. We would highly recommend Pratt Painting.

We've used them many times and he does good prep-work. Sometimes it's not the lowest price, but you get what you pay for. He sands, preps, primes, and paints. A lot of people do good work, but it doesn't even last a year. We've even gone on vacation and left him the keys of the house. You can't do that with a lot of people.

I met Bill Pratt while he was doing some work at a friends home. My friend is a world renowned architect and builder. He uses only the best providers when work is being done on his beautiful custom designed and built home. So, Mr Pratt was already vetted for me. I shook his hand and looked him square in the eye. I could tell that he was a man of integrity. He came out to my home described what he was going to do and why he was going to use those steps. We asked for another bid from a local competitor who was less expensive than Pratt, but what he said he was going to do was substantially less than Bill Pratt. We selected Mr Pratt more for substance than price. He did exactly what he said he would do and our deck is beautiful. We've asked him to come back in the spring as we have more work for him.

Everything went well. They were a bit rushed, however, which caused them to miss certain areas. The owner did respond quickly, and he resolved the issues without hesitating.
