Professional, responsive, and friendly. They did what they said they would do, for how much they said it would cost, and when they said they would do it. PODs were clean and everything we had stored was returned in good shape almost a year after we loaded the POD. I would use them again.

No problems at all. They delivered the PODS when they were supposed to and picked them up as well. We have not yet seen our things again and will not for a few more months so I cannot report on the state of the returned PODS.

All steps in the transaction were handled professionally. Everyone we delt with at PODS (order processing, scheduling, drivers) were courteous and knew their jobs. The PODS unit was delivered and picked up on time; both in Texas and Cincinnati. No damage during transportation. But be aware that the customer is responsible for loading and securing the load. The PODS personnel never look in the PODS unit. You use your lock throughout the process. So you better be confident that you know how to pack and secure a load.

PODS ARE A WONDERFUL IDEA. THIS MADE MOVING EASIER THAN HAVING TO RENT A TRUCK TWICE- TO MOVE TO A STORAGE UNIT and THEN AGAIN WHEN WE MOVED INTO OUR HOUSE. WE PAID FOR THE DROP OFF ONCE PER UNIT. WE RENTED TWO 16' UNITS FOR 2 MONTHS EACH.
