I had some good experiences in the store over the summer with some pool questions, so I called the store in August to inquire about closing my pool. I asked the man how much it would cost to close my pool. He said "about $300". Since I paid $250 TOTAL the prior year with another company, I figured they were in the ball park so I scheduled the closing. They came out the scheduled day and closed my pool. They had knocked some stuff around, but that was minor so I was happy with the job, until I got the bill. The "about $300" became $400. It was $300 for the labor and almost another $100 for the chemicals and tax. I felt like I was lied to over the phone. I would have never agreed to $395. I would have used another company. I feel like I was intentionally deceived and I will not go back. I emailed the store for an explanation and received no response from them.

We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! The pool and patio look amazing! Spring/Summer can not come fast enough. Mark Hicks is one of the easiest people I have ever worked with. A project this size had me very anxious and he really helped me through it. His ideas were helpful, prices reasonable and everyone he sent to work on the project was extremely friendly. I was very comfortable with everyone that came to work at my home! I would recommend them to everyone wanting to put in a pool!

Terry Faust came out and said the heater was rusted out and I needed to get a new one. I asked to see the heater after he took it out and he wouldn't leave it. The pump then stopped working and we had to have another one. The fuses kept blowing after he worked on the tub. Now the jets don't work, the heat doesn't work and it leaks. We had the jacuzzi professionally installed by the manufacturer and he told us we had to have an electrician come out to install a part. He told us we had to have a ground fault interrupter. The electricians we hired to come out said there was no need for additional parts. he was very disrespectful to my husband.

Installation went well, and when it didn't it wasn't the fault of the company--the weather wouldn't cooperate with us. The installation was supposed to take about 15 days and ended up at about 25 days. Mark was very professional and really knows every aspect of pool installation.
The best thing about this company is the fact that they do all the permits for you--we spoke with another co. that said we had to get them ourselves, and most homeowners do not have a clue how to do that, nor the time and patience. The homeowner really doesn't have to do anything except write checks--they arrange it all.
Everypne considering a pool should be aware that it will ALWAYS cost more than the original estimate, so use the price given in the contract as a starting point. You WILL want more cement. You WILL want the $1000 pool vacuum. You WILL need to pay for the electricians yourselves ($1000)--this wasn't crystal clear in the contract but on closer exam it was in there. That's the only reason I rated it a "B" for price, but be aware that ALL pools/pool supplies will end up being more than you thought.
Mark is very experienced--he looked at our blacktop and warned us right away that the cement trucks will be h****** our driveway. he will be honest with you about whether a shape or style will work in your yard--he didn't try to sell us the biggest or most expensive pool. He had good contractors and his assistant, Matt, was excellent. Overall a good experience with them. We will use them for the pool openings/closings as well.

Their representive came when he said he would. He completed the work in a timely mannor making sure everthing was working before leaving.

The swimming pool itself is great, but the electric cord that came with the pool pump did not meet code requirements. I was disappointed that the correct cord did not automatically come with the pool pump and that Warehouse didn't have the cord I needed. Initially I was told that it was my problem and to go to Home Depot to get what was needed. I spent several hours calling places to find the cord I needed and was finally able to find the cord I needed from another pool supply company. I think the pump should have come with both types of cord attachments. Unbeknownst to me, you need the regular 3-prong cord to temporarily run the pump, but to pass code inspection you need a locking plug. Fabulous service to the consumer would be that both types of cords would come with the pump. The second issue that cropped up was that the pump was leaking. After calling the store a second time, I got Rob on the phone and he went above and beyond to get the problem resolved. He personally came to my house with a new replacement part and fixed the problem. Also when I told him the cost for the correct electric cord, he brought additional chemicals for me to use as compensation. Rob was able to take me from an disappointed consumer to a very satisfied customer. Rob gets an "A" for service. I only wish "A" service had been my only experience with this project.

By large we have been with them all the time and they put in the pool for us. Until year an ago, they maintained the pool. Now they just open up and close it, reason for it my son does the maintenance work. Their service was good and we have been satisfied with them. I felt they were expensive; but I really didn't compare them with anyone.

Result is excellent! Pool is awesome. I would recommend everyone to consider the salt system, it makes the upkeep of the pool so much easier and it is very pleasant on the skin (feels like a spa). Both Mark and Rob are excellent and they know their stuff (pool chemistry, equipment, control system electronics, options). They also gave me some very useful suggestions about what to do around the pool and what not to do. With regards to installation we had some weather related delays, but no big deal. Their crew (Daren and Guy) are professional and very pleasant to deal with. Very satisfied with the job, and would recommend this guys anytime!

The job started off two weeks late and appeared to be having avoidable set backs. However, once the job really got under way, everything was done beautifully. Mark and Rob handled our many concerns quickly and professionally. All of the workers were extremely polite, and were willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. They removed and replanted existing landscaping, and spread grass seed and straw to help us be ready for a weekend celebration. I would strongly recommend this company.

WHEN WE COULD NOT GET PROPER SERVICE FROM OUR PREVIOUS SUPPLIER, I CALLED THIS COMPANY AND RIGHT FROM THE START THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL. WHEN WE HAVE CHEMICALS NOT BALANCING THEY HELP US GET IT WORKED OUT. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!
