I told them what I thought was wrong, they confirmed it and fix it.

Job actually cost less than estimate and was completed in promised timeline.

It went fine. He found out that the problem was not work that he had done, but it was another area of the car. He took his time to check and he didn't charge me anything. He is so friendly. You can believe if he tells you something and that is the problem. He is very reasonable in his prices.

Everything went wonderful. He is a very honest man. If there is a problem he will tell you the truth and not charge for extra things you don't need.

It went fine. They seemed competitive and trustworthy. I would go back there.

They've been very reliable so far. I take the car up there and they drive me back to the house. They're a local company. I will continue using them.

I asked if I could drop my car off and have my oil changed immediately (even though they had a lot full of cars) because I had a dentist appointment next door at the same time. They said absolutely. They changed my oil, which included ordering and receiving a special (expensive) filter since it is a new Sienna that requires this, and still had it all done by the time I returned. I had a coupon for a free oil change and even though I offered to pay the difference for the expensive filter they refused. In addition, there was a light on in my car that I didn't ask them about, but they noticed that it was indicating my tire pressure was low so they took care of that too. This is the fourth time I have had work done at Pioneer Automotive (three oil changes and some tune up work on our truck). Every experience has been great. They seem reasonable priced, very friendly, and are good at what they do.

My check engine light came on one day, and Pioneer Auto diagnosed the issue using a computer. They said there could be 3 main causes of the "lean fuel" code, and they felt strongly that 2 of them were not the case for me. They decided to reset the computer to see how soon the light came back on (no charge). The light came on again about a week later, and at that point they were pretty sure it was the mass air flow meter but were still only 80% confident that was the issue. They suggested I might want to take it to a dealer because they might have a more sophisticated computer, but shortly after that, they located a report describing the exact issue I was having for my car type. They obtained a factory mass air flow meter and installed it in a very short time one afternoon a few days later. I was very pleased that they were upfront about how sure they were of the problem and that they didn't charge me just to hook up the computer and read the code.
