Picture Perfect Remodeling

He came highly recommended by McCaIl's Flooring on Beechmont Ave, thanks Linda for the great recommendation. Initially, thought the work was OK. Many little things could have been done better. Six months after installation, grout started coming out of the shower floor and tiles started to come loose. We have been trying to get him to repair his work for over six months. Had another tile company come out to look at repairing his work. They were shocked at how bad the work was. The guy obviously has no character or talent. I have just recently been told he closed his remodeling business recently to start a restoration business. If you have this guy show up, send him on his way. I will now have to pay another company to fix his incompetent work.

This company is horribly unreliable, unprofessional and unresponsive.  On top of that, they do shoddy work.  We signed with Mike and after he got the initial pay, they were sporadic when they showed up.  They damaged existing finished work with their carelessness and left unwanted scrap materials after they left.  I have no faith that they will back up any of their work and feel like they are deceitful.  NEVER use them for anything.

Picture Perfect Remodeling is not a reliable supplier for any type of work. Once you pay Mike he stops answering your calls and come whenever he decides regardless of the agreed timings. Don't get fooled by the initial good impression.
