Great, Shawn showed up as scheduled ( a few minutes late) however he called ahead of time and let me know, don't mind that at all. Went straight to work when he got here, listened to our concerns and did what he had to do. Made sure he explained everything to us that he was doing and verified we were satisfied with that , which we were. We talked about a mice problem we had over the winter and he set out some traps and provided us with a few to replace those with if we needed to.
Even called the front office to find out the best way to treat the area around our chickens, which was outside of the scope of what we had contracted them for.
Contacted me the next day to see if we had thought of anything else we were concerned about.

Scheduling our customers is often the most challenging part of our job and that can be especially difficult when an out of town landlord, a tenant and the exterminator all need to coordinate. We are sorry this process was not as smooth as we would have liked in your case. We are happy however that we were able to eliminate the heavy roach infestation you had during the course of our six monthly treatments."

It went fine..this is only my 2nd visit out of 4. The guy did explain as he went along, was very pleasant. I did not notice hardly any bugs in the house after this..They also will come in your house each time, where as places I've used in the past will only do the outside after the initial visit.

Awesome, came one time without me knowing but still did what they could do and sprayed the outside of the home. If I was there they would have sprayed the inside but because they did not have access to interior it was out of their control. Would highly recommend this company!
