We reported storm damage to our insurance agent. I contacted Peak Pro through a recommendation. They handled all aspects from filing insurance claim, removing 2 layers of shingles, replacing some bad plywood and applying a beautiful new layer of shingles. Our roof was not an easy job...steep and several elevations. They also did an exceptional cleanup. They were professional, thorough, prompt and approachable. I would def recommend to friends or family.

Sharing this for anyone that may have had damage from yesterday’s storms. We recently used PeakPro after a storm in April caused more damage to our roof than we realized. They were AMAZING to work with! Brad and his team handled absolutely everything for us- from filing the insurance claim to installing a brand new roof, and thanks to his expertise and also extensive knowledge of insurance company policies, our only out of pocket expense was our deductible! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!?

After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau my main issue was fixed within days. Brad also came back today (8-14-18) and generously fixed a gutter guard issue supplying some of his own product. I also complimented him on better communication skills as he has kept me up to date when a rescheduling issue happened.

Overall went well, was able to get scheduled early and everything replaced within a span of 1 week. Tear off ended up being more than originally estimated but was required once the crew found additional layers under old roof. Overall pleased with final products.
