Once they arrived they were unable to fix the major issue which was pretty disappointing. I thought the price was too high for the result of the visit. The techs name that came out was Jefferson Sherwood (I think).

THEY CLAIM THEIR WORK IS GUARANTEED, BUT IN ORDER TO HAVE THEM WORK ON ONE''S COMPUTER, YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM ON A CONTINUATION BASIS. WHAT KIND OF DEAL IS THAT?

THEIR PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH. IF NEEDED WORK AGAIN IT WOULD HAVE TO BE SOMETHING REALLY IMPORTANT BEFORE SPENDING THAT AMOUNT AGAIN, HOWEVER, IF NEEDED WOULD HIRE THEM.
