Mr. Paul Mechley, painter, is a perfectionist and a stickler. No detail is too small to get his utmost attention. He is easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to work with. He explains tasks thoroughly and his prices and costs, candidly and honestly. His work ethic and pride in his job are "old school" and uncompromising. We did get lower bids, but we all agreed that we got what we paid for and a whole lot more by hiring Paul Mechley. He is punctual and professional too, the only painter we will ever use in the future. When a real estate manager walked through our freshly-painted chalet, she commented immediately on how beautiful that paint job was and asked who had done it, hoping to get Paul to come and work solely for her properties. To her dismay, though, she was in Gatlinburg, TN, and Paul is from Cincinnati. In brief: You won't find anyone better than Paul Mechley to do any painting you need. He's honest, thorough, and proud of his work. We're grateful to have found him.

He estimated that it was going to cost $845 to paint the trim of my house. When he finished up, he asked for me to pay an additional $200 after I had already paid him for the what he estimated. I said I would write a check and he said no, that he wanted it in cash.
