Palau Painting

This was the most outstanding experience someone could hope for when contracting work for their home. Palau Painting exceeded our expectations on all fronts. We knew we were off to a good start, because the consultation and planning prior to the start of our project was thorough and the communication was outstanding. Our aesthetic is modern, which demands a lot of attention when it comes to prepping and painting walls in a historic home. Palau provided test samples for our custom paint color and finishes, so we knew exactly what we were getting before fully committing. While working onsite, Palau was careful and respectful of our space, belongings and beloved pets. Most noteworthy was the careful attention in sanding, patching and caulking the imperfections of our walls, and precision application of the paint, which created a stunning interior. We couldn't be happier with the finished result. In fact, we trust Palau so much that we've requested a quote for painting the second floor of our home while we are on vacation. Without hesitation, we will absolutely hire them again!

Albert Palau described how our two story great room room (ceiling and walls) and hallway would be prepared for painting, how many coats of paint would be applied, and then gave us an estimate. We were happy with the estimate and he scheduled us for the job. Albert primed the areas of the ceiling that had water stains and fixed imperfections on the walls. He sanded and applied two coats of paint. He completed the job in a timely manner and left the room clean and in good order.

Albert came right out to give us a quote and his references. Once we decided to work with him, he was great about finding a schedule to meet our needs. It took about 10 days to complete the entire project. Albert was extremely professional during the entire project. We received communication each day about what was completed and the outline for the next day. The amount of time spent cleaning and prepping the house was key. I know with the care that was taken that this paint job will last for a long time. It looks amazing and we have had multiple comments from our neighbors!
