I called Osterbrock on the day I needed flowers delivered with a specific time frame that I needed them delivered... and they did just that. I spoke to a woman who said she was the florist and I asked her to create an arrangement using at least some blue flowers, and I also told her what I wanted to spend. She made an arrangement specifically for me, one that would be extra special for my friend who was celebrating a birthday. The florist also took a picture of the arrangement and sent it to me so I could see it before she delivered it. The delivery occurred just when I had asked and she let me know she was successful... this was great service.
Based on the responsiveness, cost, and follow through, I will definitely use this florist again.
