Did not care for the customer service overall, particularly in regards to the delivery. Was within their "stated policy" but under the circumstances would look for a more responsive and flexible vendor for future purchases. What differentiates retailers is how they respond when there is an issue, and I can't I was happy with the result in this case.

Very well. Delivered on time. They manufacture their own mattresses. Very comfortable. Will remove old mattress set for additional $10 if needed.
