Eric went above and beyond. It turned out there were multiple problems in addition to a broken wire. He replaced the wires, fine tuned the system, and restored it to like new condition. Eric was impressive beyond his technical know-how. He was punctual, courteous, pleasant to be around and very neat. More folks should know about this guy.

Eric has come out several times to fix little issues. Always quick to respond. Has been able to come out the next day on a few of the calls. Fixed everything and handle our concerns about the wiring. Will most certainly use him again and I strongly recommend him!
