Ohio Mulch

Upon opening a bag of mulch, it was black and of low quality. It didn't not look at all like the store sample. I returned it to the store for a refund. I was given my money back and told a gentlemen would be around to unload the mulch if I pulled my car around. The man walked up and argued about the color. When I insisted that the quality was also issue, he became upset and walked away without unloading the mulch. I had to unload the 20 bags without assistance. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years but I won't be back.

The had a lower and more reasonable delivery cost.  A question arose on the delivery day and the manager at the office was extremely responsive and took it upon himself to follow up.  The delivery crew was also very friendly.  Overall, a very positive experience.  Cost was fair, but a tad higher than most.

Went well.  went to store to check out the different kinds of mulch they had.  Chose the Absolute Black fine.  It was $30/yard which was a good price, but what sold me was the $19 delivery charge.  That is the least expensive delivery charge I have yet to find by a longshot.  I live close, and charges very by distance,  so it will cost more the further they have to go.  day of the delivery they had told me it would come late.  at 8pm I called and said I knew they said late, but how late??  They had a drive get sick, but they worked hard to get my mulch to me that night 9pm.  I was thankful.
