I wouldn't use anyone else. They have had them work on my personal residence, an apartment building, and family's and friends homes. On the apartment building in particular, they took one look and said it was in pretty good shape and they could help me extend the life of the roof. That was four years ago and I have had minimal issues........ BTW I brought in a lot of the big names and before I could even open my mouth they wanted to tear everything up and lay a new roof. Trustworthiness, is priceless- but their prices are extremely competitive to boot.

The same guys that quoted did the work. I knew they would be perfect for the job the day they quoted. They've probably seen every possible roofing problem or situation that could exist. They gave me a no-nonsense assessment of the roof's situation and once I agreed to the work called before coming to begin the work. They were faster than expected, and left the work site clean and tidy.
I will definitely be using them again.

It went fine. I didn't see the actual work on the roof, but the leak stopped.

All work was completed in a timely manner as according to the estimate. Some miscommunication over timing of the project (Maybe on my part) :) Quality work and great value. They clean up their work very well. When they replaced the garage roof, I could hardly tell that they were there. Short of the stack of shingles disappearing and the new roof. Very professional to deal with.

We are very happy with the repairs. We are always happy with the work they do and they are always so prompt. Sometimes we are not able to be home but we are confident the work has been done. My husband usually tries one way or another to see if the work was done and it always has been.

Oakley responded promptly and did the work in one trip. Their estimate was accurate.

I have used them before and they are always reliable.  They call me back when I give them a call.  They show up when they say they are going to show up.  They got everything fixed that needed to be fixed.  

Oakley is tough to contact.  It is usually a voicemail left on a machine or someone in the shop which shuts down early - around 4 PM.  It can be days to a week before someone returns the call.

As far as the repairs go, Oakley totally misdiagnosed the problem and were working in the wrong place the entire time.  The problem was a leak in a window frame on the second floor which the vendor we called after our being frustrated with the communications issues with Oakley Roofing identified quickly.  The new vendor identified the problem within  5 minutes by performing an external leak check and fixed it an another  five minutes with some caulk.  This is after spending over a thousand dollars over several visits with Oakley.

Overall, I was very pleased with the quality, price and speed of the work.

They were great. I would recommend him highly. They were friendly, responsive, and quick. The first job they did for us was the tiles. It was very reasonably priced. We have got a 114-year old house. It is the original tile roof and it is hard to find contractors that can work on it. When you do, they usually charge you in top dollars. These guys were really reasonable. They replaced 3 or 4 tiles and some of the aluminum facing on the top of the roof for about $1100.

They began by giving us a quote and we were then surprised a week or two later when the bill came in the mail - we did not even know they had been there! After the leaks continued, we FINALLY got them to come back out after tens of phone calls/messages and they "fixed" it, only to leak again. We have lost all hope for them to ever come back, as it has been 6 months since we have seen them and they won't even return our calls. Worst hire EVER! A complete waste of $600+, we might as well have burned the money.

Responded quickly to phone call and came next day. Did such a good job cleaning up that I wasn't sure at first that they had been there. Called me later and informed me that I had an issue with one of the downspouts and gave me a reasonable estimate for that also.

This company has been my roofer for years. I've always considered them the "stealth" roofers because, other than the first time I met them at my house, they just receive my phone call and come out to make repairs as needed to my tile roof. I get the invoice in the mail, never see them. This time, we are having water damage inside the house, so they had to schedule a visit to come inside to see. They said it was a problem with the flashing. Again, after several weeks, an invoice finally appeared. As we are still having water leakage, we have called several times and left messages over the last 8 weeks. They have made a few attempts to return calls, but always after several days and never give any cell phones or good times to call them back. We are now contacting other companies to come do the work.

The work was performed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

THESE FELLOWS ARE SUCH NICE AND CONSCIENTIOUS WORKERS. I RATE THEM A+ IN EVERY CATEGORY. THEY HAVE BEEN HERE MAYBE 5 TIMES TO COMPLETE REPAIR JOBS.

WE EXPLAINED/SHOWED OUR PROBLEM TO OAKLEY ROOFING AND THEY WERE UP ON THE ROOF TO CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM AND REPAIRED IT. WE ASKED THEM IF THEY WANTED TO BE PAID FOR WHAT THEY'VE DONE AND MONTY SAID ''NO, THAT THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND DO MORE WORK.'' THEY CAME BACK AND COMPLETED THE JOB AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED.

OUT OF 3 OR 4 OTHER BIDDERS, I LIKED THEM THE BEST. I COULDN'T HAVE EXPECTED ANYTHING MORE. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

ESTIMATE PROMPTLY DELIVERED. AFTER I ACCEPTED, WORK WAS COMPLETED ON SCHEDULE. VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, FAMILY BUSINESS. IN BUSINESS OVER 40 YEARS. HONEST AND RELIABLE.

THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND WE'VE USED THEM MANY TIMES. THEY ALWAYS COME PROMPTLY AND THEY ARE VERY PLEASANT.
