NLT Overhead Door

Overall good. Just took longer to get door installed.

NLT made promises about when the install would take place and then there would be excuses, more excuses, and more excuses why it could not do when promised. I thought that the 50% that had to be paid when I hired him was gone and I would never get my door. After many calls to him he finally installed two and a half weeks after when he said he would do the work. He did a decent install but the stress of trying to get him out to my house to actually do the work was not worth it. I would definitely not recommend the company to anyone. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to comment on my experience with this company.

We just needed to turn our garage door from manual to automatic. They contacted me immediately and arrived same day for a quote. They were priced well and installed just a few days later. Everything works great! We had no issues.

The experience that I had with Tim, from beginning to the end of the project was one of the best that I have ever had with any contractor. That being said I would highly recommend NLT to install or repair any garage door.

Tim was very professional and did a spectacular job. I have 100 year old home and nothing is square but he put the trim and door in beautifully. I love that these doors are made in the USA! Tim called within 15 minutes of my initial inquiry to set up an appointment for the estimate. Appointment kept on time, estimate given with suggestions and clear explanation and we agreed on time and installation. Installation went well and extra care was shown to make sure everything worked as it should prior to them leaving. Very easy to work with this company. Would hire them again.

Tim Dalton (owner of NLT) was found in Home Advisor. He was one of several quotes, but was by far the most appropriate for door and opener purchase and installation. He and Marshall had the entire job completed in a little over 5 hours. Tim and Marshall were on time and the job was professional. I am so happy with the door (which I believe he is the only one in this area that carries the brand) and the opener. I can't say enough good about the quality of Tim's work and the product. Very, very happy. Would recommend to anyone.

Great job

I called because I thought my garage door opener was broken. It turns out it was my spring that was broken but Tim had some in his truck and was able to fix it right away.

Tim arrived ahead of time and was very complete in his service of the garagedoor.
