Katie was very helpful in the selection of materials and colors. She worked with us to design the shower pieces that were installed by our Tile installer for the Shower curb, seat, and shelf. These complement the vanity top really well. The vanity top installation went very well and the final product looks great. I highly recommend.

Overall it went well.  The granite countertop was delivered with incorrect drilling.  Nisbet had no hesitation correcting the problem by delivery a new countertop drilled properly.  For some reason one of the china bowls didn't adhere properly to the granite.  Again, Nisbet returned promptly to correct the problem.  They explained what they thought the problem was and what they did to correct it.  Cabinet is very good quality.  I would use this company again in future remodeling projects.

We were really happy with them. We purchased the door from them and they installed it. We went to the showroom and they were very helpful. Their hours are very convenient. When the door came, it opened the wrong way. Right away the manager got involved and fixed the problem. He gave us his personal cell phone number and we were very happy with that.

I have had a lot of contractors come out to my house to complete a variety of jobs, and this is by far the absolute worst company to deal with. They came out on Dec. 17th to measure for the countertops and gave me a timeline of 3 weeks to complete the job (which would be Jan 7). Two weeks later, I decided to call them just to make sure that everything was on schedule, unfortunately, they were closed Thurs-Sun for the New Year holiday. I ended up talking to someone on Monday, Jan 4th and was at that time informed that they had not received the materials yet and were expecting them on the 5th or the 6th (the countertops were supposed to be done by the 7th) and the new expected date would be another week, the 12th, and they would call me that day to schedule the install. I was pretty mad at this point due to the fact that we had already ripped out the old countertops, and had just put the house on the market in anticipation of these new countertops and was now left with a new kitchen without any countertops. I got no phone call on the 12 or 13th, I finally called them, left a message, and got a call back at 4:00pm on the 14th telling me that the materials were on back order and THEY STILL DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE MATERIALS YET! Unbelievable. I received NO phone call informing me of these delays, I had to do the calling to find this info out. Then the strangest thing happened, the next day (Jan 15), I received a call from their installer informing me that the countertops were ready and he could be out Monday to put them in. Of course, I was happy to get this job DONE, but how does it happen that one day you don't have the materials, and the next day the job is ready for install? I experienced POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and POOR COMMUNICATION from this company. They installed the countertops almost 2 weeks past their original timeline. The price was right but the company was a bad choice.

They really carry a quality line of products. They were very patient with us. We went back on numerous occasions to decide what we wanted. We had a little problem with the hardware that we bought for the door, and they changed that with no problem. They were just very nice to deal with. Good company. I would definitely use them again in the future.
