The shop telephoned me when all the parts were in stock and set an appointment. The shop gave me an estimate on the timeline of repairs. Repairs were actually done 24 hours prior to schedule. All the work was quality and done right the first time. Nick's contacted the insurance company to explain an extra charge for a piece of molding needed to be replaced when removed. I never had to worry about the financial end once the estimate was approved.
