I called Neal who talked me through a couple of steps to try. When this didn't work he came out within a couple hours. After he reset all the functions on the water heater it seemed to correct the problem. Any other plumbing company would have charged a trip charge of $50-$75 and Neal didn't charge me anything. I stopped on the way to the office and got him a gift card so at least he and his helper could have lunch on me.

Overall, things turned out very well. We have used him several times over the last three years. When he says that he is going to do something, he does it. He arrives as scheduled and has always had great communication.
