Nature Plus has been our sprinkler system maintenance and lawn care treatment company for several years. We have a very rocky, steep front yard that was not doing well with the Kentucky Blue grass the builder used on our lawn. Within a year of using Nature Plus our lawn looks great. Owner Kevin Purcell suggested using fescue in several spots.
Service has been excellent; questions and/or concerns have always been handled in a timely manner, and our lawn is green and beautiful.
Several of our neighbors are now also using Nature Plus.

They are very good. They always call before they come. They ask if it is okay to come. They are very nice people. They call ahead and ask if it is okay to cut the lawn I mean especially in the fall because we had a lot of trees and lot of leaves come down and usually you want to get leaves up before they put an application down that makes a nice that they call ahead. We have been using them for three or four years and we would continue to use them.

They had a good service. I would not say it was exceptional. It started out a little rough but they came back and fixed any problems we had. Now we use them as our lawn service.

They did everything they said they would do--no issues there.
The problem was nonresponsiveness to three of my post-sale inquiries. Two of my e-mails requesting date of next treatment went unanswered. When it came time for the fall aeration, I cautioned them to contact me in advance so I could mark buried cables that were close to the surface; I had mentioned the same thing during pre-sale communication. In response, contractor assured me that they would do so and also asked about sprinkler heads that should be marked as well. I said that I had none of those, but that my neighbors on either side did.
Well, I came home one day to discover that the aeration had been done without letting me know in advance the exact day. So my underground cables went unmarked. Fortunately, none were damaged, but one neighbor had two sprinkler heads destroyed. Contractor is paying to fix those.
I might use them again if they can get their problem with internal communications straightened out!

We chose them because we already do business with them. They do our landscaping and lawn care. I haven't seen any bugs, so they work. They offer a guarantee that says they will keep the bugs out of your house. I am comfortable with them. They are reliable and provide a good service for the money.

It was a very good experience. The service fellow came out on time, went to work and got everything done with no hassle. He was a pleasure to be around and work with. I definitely recommend them.

One of the reasons we went with them is because they had a 5 year guarentee that no one else had and they also included some lawn reseeding and fertilizing. They've fulfilled their part of the contract up to this point and we still have 4 years left on the lawn service. The installation crew was outstanding. The service man who just came the other day was very knowledgeable, he told us when to turn on the system in the spring and what to do. It was very good. We had 5 bids and they were by far the lowest. They had the best package for the service and warranty. They went way above everyone else in terms of cost.

Great. Only very minor problem,they are at times slow to return messages. They include a free lawn weed and feed service for the first year, to get your lawn looking good. If you have them winterize and open your system in the spring, for approx $65 for each service, they give you a 5 year warranty on your sprinkler system, includes parts and labor.

They were competitive in price and did what they said they were going to do. They were professional. The only negative feedback is that their installers were very slow. The project took a lot longer than what I would have thought. I don't know if that is just the nature of the job or if it had to do with their installers.

Initially we were excited to have lawn service, but it ended up being a very dry and hot summer of 2010, so as a result, we did not get the lush green lawn we were hoping for. Nature Plus was very prompt and professional (they would always call us the night before) and they have very detailed paperwork they would leave on the door that detailed everything they put on the lawn. Our only complaint was the tire marks in our backyard from when they drove their cart around to drop the fertilizer ... again, not exactly their fault, because we had dry grass from the extra warm temps. While our experience wasn't exactly what we hoped for; we would still use this company again.

They have always done a great job for us. This test is required by the county to insure our spinkler system is working properly. One year it failed due to a part that needed replacing. They were very proactive in getting this repaired and their cost to correct the issue was very reasonbale. We plan to have our overall sprinkler system upgraded and we plan to have NAture's Plus do the work.

I have been using them for about a year and a half now. They came and did the fertilization, but I found the weed after the fertilization. When I informed them about this, they came back and reseeded the whole thing. They didn't charge me anything for the rework. I am very impressed with the guaranteed work.

Over the phone, the company explained the cost of various services and scheduled me within a reasonable time frame. The technician and I walked around the yard and watched each zone start up. Dave adjusted the spray patterns in a few cases and changed out some broken parts. He had most everything on his truck but came back another day to replace one sprinkler head for a longer radius spray (I did not have to be there). Their invoice came in the mail; it was for the quoted fee plus a minor charge for an extra part as expected. Good job, no-nonsense friendly service in 30 to 45 minutes for a 9-zone 50-head system.

Brian came out and flagged where the sprinkler heads should go. The next day Justin started prep work to install the sprinkler system. Since Nature Plus was able to start the next week after I accepted their proposal we had a bit of delay because the utility lines weren't marked yet, but they were ready to work. It took mostly one guy and about 2 weeks to do the job. There was some rain during this. One drain pipe was cut down the middle, but Justin replaced the pipe completely. The ground didn't settle as much as we would have thought after the installation was complete. All debris from the job was completely removed from our yard. After completion of the job Brian came and inspected the job and instructed us how to use our system. The owner Kevin also came back to officially turn the system on and to make sure we had no questions. The lawn was seeded after completion and the sprinkler has been in use helping the new grass grow. Included in the price is Nature Plus lawn care which includes fertilization for the year.

They are very friendly. They are good about showing us how to run the irrigation system and explaining everything to us. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.
