NATIONAL WINDOW CLEANING CO INC

I have used them for several years and have been happy with their work.  Actually, I'm always amazed by how clean the windows look when they're finished -- no streaks anywhere.  
They did a great job with the office building as well.  It was newly constructed, and there was adhesive residue that the builder's window cleaning company left behind.  I personally spoke with the builder's cleaners, and they said it was not possible to get the residue off with their equipment.  Shortly after moving into the building, I had National Window Cleaners re-wash all the windows, inside and out, and they were able to get the residue off.
When they did my home windows shortly before Easter, I asked them if they could put it on their calendar to come back a couple days before Thanksgiving and do my windows again.  They said they'd put it on their calendar, but somehow it got forgotten.  I phoned them the week before Thanksgiving and reminded them that I wanted them to come before Thanksgiving, and they apologized for not having it on their books.  They then scheduled an appointment for the Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving, so all was well, and again, the windows looked great.
I saw the post of one of the other reviewers about them using dirty rags.  Their rags don't look particularly clean (or particularly dirty either), but regardless, my windows always look pristine when they're finished.  I'm posting this review because I hate to see a company get an F rating (from the previous reviewer) when they have consistently done such a great job for a fair price.

They arrived with dirty sponges and rags to clean the windows. I tried to provide others, I wanted Windex to be used, they used a chemical which I was allergic too. Worst of all they cleaned and improperly replaced my storm windows.

They left the storm windows not closed, therefore they became jammed, especially with the chemicals they used. They did come back and close one from the outside at the top, however, one window the screens and storm are jammed into the same slot, therefore they have never been able to be used and have ruined my window- allowing moisture and rain to get into my air conditioning. I've called them 5 times, the last time today, saying that I would have my attorney write a letter. No response.

I contacted this company from Angie's list, since they are close to my neighborhood.  They came out and then called me with a quote to wash all the windows in the house. Their price was reasonable, compared to others we have received in the past. They were also able to schedule the cleaning on short notice.  On the day that they cleaned, several workers arrived, which allowed them to finish the job quickly, while still being thorough. A couple windows are more than 2 stories off the ground over the garage and require special equipment to access the exteriors.   They cleaned up after themselves.  They were also able to inform me about the condition of the windows and potential need for further repairs.

I’ve used them in the past.  They are wonderful.  They send out one person and they send out the same person every time.  A couple of times they had sent 2 people.  They come in and do a great job.  They are knowledgeable.  Their price was reasonable.  They even cleaned my counter cabinets once.  They are very reliable.  Overall, they did a good job.  I may use them again in the future.  I also have a friend that just went into the business.  I was really confused between the 2 of them, but if my friend hadn’t gone into the business, National Window Cleaning Co Inc would have definitely come back.  They’ve done good work for me for a long time.                     

They responded promptly to my phone call and scheduled someone to come out, look at house, and then called us back with estimate.  We scheduled.  Two men came.  I am too compulsive to watch.  Their water looked dirty, but the windows were unstreaked and clean when they left.

We really like them. We have them come twice a year. We have a two-level house, and all our windows are huge. They are always on time and do a really good job. They clean up after themselves. We would recommend them to friends and family. They would be very satisfied because of the price and everything. I think the price is excellent for what they do because they also have to get scaffolds out and everything. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

Wonderful. Mr Williams and one other gentleman came at the time stated, did a smashup job of cleaning the windows. He was friendly and professional, every item was picked up and we were very pleased. We are on a call list for October and we will have them do our windows inside and out!

They did a great job and getting all the dirt off. The man was very nice and very reasonably prices. He charged me $3 per window.

THEIR PRICE WAS AWESOME, I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. WES VANCE CLEANED THE WINDOWS, WAS MOST COOPERATIVE, AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB.

THEY PROVIDE VERY SATISFACTORY WORK. CAME ON TIME, REASONABLE PRICES,. CLEANED UP AFTER WASHING ALL WINDOWS. THIS COMPANY IS RECOMMENDED BY OUR BUILDING MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
