Mortgage Companies
Shawn was excellent. Shawn took the worry and pain out of the planning process. He got us a great rate and we didn't have any issues at closing like we had with the on line services. We have followed up with him recently to pay extra on the loan. He gave us great ideas on how to do that without paying for extra services. We also have had no issues with taxes getting paid, etc. With other companies we have had to continiously call and follow up. We originally were going to go with someone local to PA but when my broker recommended him we decided to give him a try. It was well worth it!
