Napier Fitness Equipment Repair

I first contacted another company. They diagnosed the problem and advised that a part needed to be replaced at $350 for the part and $150 for the service. I agreed. A month later they advised they had the wrong part. Two months after that they advised they could no longer get the part. Then I called Napier. Irv responded and confirmed the part needed to be replaced. But then he determined that the part was still covered by the warranty. Within three days I had the part and a week later it was replaced. All for $125. The eliptical is working great. Irv is a true professional and gentleman. I wouldn't consider using anyone else for fitness equipment repair.

I can’t recommend this company enough! Irv, the technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He thoughtfully and carefully dismantled the elliptical to diagnose the problem, and got right to it. I bought this machine secondhand over a year ago, I really wish I had called sooner! Irv even took time after he was finished with the repair to explain maintenance and suggest a surge protector. I am so happy to have this machine finally working! The cost for the repair was very reasonable, I highly suggest you add a tip on top, companies like this deserve to thrive, and Irv is top notch! If you need fitness machine repair, this is your place!

I saw Napier Fitness Repair company on Angie's List, so I gave Erv Napier a call. We talked on the phone and set up an appointment for a couple days later. He called the morning of the appointment to tell me he was on his way; he arrived at the time we had set up. He was very professional and knowledgeable about exercise equipment. Not only did he get this elliptical back on track, and up and running again, he also checked some of its other connections to make sure it is operating correctly. He also did some cleaning and maintenance on the elliptical, as well as giving me some tips about its use and maintenance. I can't tell you how happy I am to have this elliptical back in working condition!

The service was great and so was the price.  I will definitely use him again. So happy.
