His top field man, Joel managed the work as well as completed any detail work associated with the job. Joel is a hardworking man who strives to do things the right way at all times.
The work crew was always on time and diligent to complete the work in an excellent manner. They all exhibited a dedication to fine craftmanship in their work.
They informed us that most of our cost would be covered by our Home insurance, and all that we had to pay upfront was the deductible .

"I recvd an inbound call from [Member name removed] on Fri.3.20.15. He asked for an estimate on a roof addition and did relate that he had shingles coming off his roof. I told him I would pass his contact info to Josh to sched an inspection/estimate. At our Monday 3.23.15 sales meeting Josh said he couldn't get a hold of nor had [Member name removed] returned his two calls. I called approx. noon Mon and left a msg. [Member name removed] texted me at 11:15pm that evening that he had just got off work and his days off were Tues and Fri. and he would need to know what time Josh would be coming. On Tuesday 3.24.15 at 12:28pm Josh and I again called [Member name removed] and left a vm. At 12:30 I responded to his text, "What time are you avail today", never received a phone call or text response. Later that day [Member name removed] did finally return a phone call to Josh and set an apt for fri. 3.27.15 On Fri. 3.27.15 Josh called me and said he couldn't reach [Member name removed] to confirm appt. I immediately called 2x with no response from [Member name removed]. It is our company policy to confirm all appts set more than 48 hrs out. I'd like to apologize to [Member name removed] if he was there waiting, as he has stated communicating with him was hard at best. I do know that we reached out to him before his apt with no answer because I called myself. I guess I wonder why [Member name removed] would be waiting and wouldn't reach out with a phone call when he stated that communications over the previous week were hard at best? Again [Member name removed] sorry for any Inconvenience, Dick Moser"
From Start to finish everything went exactly as Dick Moser said it would.
My salesman showed up explained everything to me, showed me samples and gave me an estimate. They were not the cheapest but I felt comfortable with their bbb a+ rating as well as their guarantee. My dad always said a gurantee is only as good as the co. giving it.
Two weeks later my windows arrived and were installed. The installers were courteous and very respectful of my home.

Our first meeting with Dick Moser was very personable. He put our mind at ease with all the factors that goes into replacing our roof as well as the installation. He was very .knowledgeable. We signed the contract for his business and chose our color.
My husband's first job was working for a business that built new and remodeled homes during and after his college years. He is also a very meticulous on how things should be done. Extreme perfectionist. I must say I felt very sorry for the crew that was going to do the job. He watched them like a hawk. The crew did an excellent job with hauling away the old shingles and installing the new roof in timely matter. They also found that we needed to replace a few damage sheets, which my husband concurred. They did a great job with clean up too.

Its what you have been asking for and Im going to the expense of the 30 sec commercial. • We modify to 3 mins x 13 for 900 aweek. No commercial we shoot 3-4 evergreen segments • You break the written contract and I sue you for losses. Last resort, neither one of us wants this. • You sign a release from contract and lose your 1150 deposit. I will have Ferris write this up. I don’t think either one of us want this either. Im voting for option 1 or 2 Lets just move fwd, you need to advertise, you have spoke with Chad at fox19, hes told you it’s a good deal. The rainy season is upon us and its time to make money. "[member name removed] daughter pd for work then canceled ck with no explanation, after numerous unreturned phone calls to [member name removed]daughter I sued her in Hamilton county civil court. She and her husband did make the trial, we both presented to a Hamilton county court judge who found the work to be satisfactory and awarded judgement of 675 for work performed. How [member name removed] got involved in this I have no Idea."
