My Home Pro/CertiPro

Mr. Moser contacted me to see if my husband would be interested in garage door job. He knew when he contacted me that my husband did not have his own business. Keep this in mind. I told Mr. Moser that my husband did not do side work but that my son did and was just as qualified. My son spoke with him, and Mr. Moser sub contracted my son to complete a garage door installation. During the job Mr Moser became verbally abusive and put his hands on my son. After a completed job he refused to pay pay him and said it was because my son was not LLC and had no insurance. Then wrote him a fraudulent check. When we showed up with police he again became aggressive (thus reason for police to be present). He sent me text messages laughing and trying to manipulate the situation in a way that benefited him - narcissism at its finest. Ultimately we collected the money owed. He is a huge risk to homeowners and is completely out to rob the contractor.

They did good. There was an issue that I had with them. I called back on it and they never called me back. There was a piece of siding that came loose. It was near where they were repairing the roof. Other that that, they did a good job. The pricing was good.

The project went very well.  Easy to contact owner/manager Dick Moser.  Dick was always available via phone or email.  Never met him although I saw him on his videos of roofing and gutter tips available online.
His top field man, Joel managed the work as well as completed any detail work associated with the job.  Joel is a hardworking man who strives to do things the right way at all times.
The work crew was always on time and diligent to complete the work in an excellent manner.  They all exhibited a dedication to fine craftmanship in their work.

I had a major plumbing issue which including a basement flood and My Home Pro/Certi Pro both diagnosed the issue, which another Plumber didn't, and then did a great job by fixing the problem to our satisfaction.

As scary as it was to come home to this in my home, The team at CertiPro made this a easy for us. They had great communication at all times, and were very informative and helpful at all time.  They were trying to help me in any way that they could and I was very appreciative of all there hard work.   Its good to know that there are companies like CertiPro you can count on when situations like this happen to you.  
They informed us that most of our cost would be covered by our Home insurance, and all that we had to pay upfront was the deductible .
I highly recommend CertiPro to anyone,  They get the job done right.

Crew showed up on time and worked hard through a very hot day - 90+. Supervisor solved a delivery issue without affecting work. Finished on time, Excellent clean up of a very messy job. Roof looks great. No more leaks, no more squirrels.

I was very impressed, they showed up on time, stayed very organized and cleaned up their mess. I was told 2 days for it to be finished and was extremely surprised when it was done in 1 day!

From Start to finish everything went exactly as Dick Moser said it would.

My salesman showed up explained everything to me, showed me samples and gave me an estimate. They were not the cheapest but I felt comfortable with their bbb a+ rating as well as their guarantee.  My dad always said a gurantee is only as good as the co. giving it.

Two weeks later my windows arrived and were installed. The installers were courteous and very respectful of my home.

Our first meeting with Dick Moser was very personable.  He put our mind at ease with all the factors that goes into replacing our roof as well as the installation.  He was very .knowledgeable. We signed the contract for his business and chose our color.  

My husband's first job was working for a business that built new and remodeled  homes during and after his college years.  He is also a very meticulous on how things should be done.  Extreme perfectionist.  I must say I felt very sorry for the crew that was going to do the job.  He watched them like a hawk.  The crew did an excellent job with hauling away the old shingles and installing the new roof in timely matter.  They also found that we needed to replace a few damage sheets, which my husband concurred.  They did a great job with clean up too.
