MTK Services LLC dba Marshall lawn

Very simply put, Marshall never completed the job of installing our basement bathroom and bedroom. What began in mid-May, with a contract and estimated completion time of “2 weeks,” was still ongoing in July, and then abandoned later that month when we returned from vacation. We made multiple attempts to contact Marshall to finish the job. He was evasive, and then stopped responding altogether. There were issues from the very start, but the details aren’t necessary. The point is that my husband and I were nothing but flexible with Marshall and his crew and they took advantage of that fact. They worked random hours, were unprofessional, and eventually quit, leaving us to pick up the pieces of this significant basement project. I would not recommend this company for any level of work.
