Terrible service. The plumber destroyed my brand new carpet with sewage and refused to clean it. Serviceman Brandon Greene did not use a tarp as all previous plumbers did while providing service. He simply told me has was a plumber and not a carpet cleaner. I called the owner. He assured me he would send him back to clean the carpet but he never came back. I had to have the carpet professionally cleaned. Charged me a $99 fee for a bogus service plan or else I would have paid extra for the service. I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office.

The work went very well. The plumber scoped the drain and was able to clear the plug pretty quickly. He also made some good recommendations for improving the long term performance of the drain line. The plumber showed up slightly earlier than expected. Considering this was done on a holiday weekend, we were very pleased with the service and responsiveness.

Plumber was clueless. Made unnecessary repairs to get paid and problem persisted. I have never in 20 years of home ownership had worse contracted help. This company should be avoided at all costs! Scam!!
