About us
We service and repair your mowers and yard equipment AT YOUR HOME in our fully equipped trailers! We also have a full repair shop if more in-depth repairs are required, which we can transport from your home or you can drop off to us. 23 years+ in business! Preventive maintenance in 2017 for a walker is $86 + parts and for riders $178+ parts. We offer discounts. Repair only cost is determined by the job at $85/hour with $20 minimum + $40-$50 travel charge applies within normal service area. Shop address is 4625 Carlynn Drive, Suite B, Blue Ash OH 45241.

"The customer has submitted reviews to numerous sites over this incident, including under pseudo-names. We will attempt here to state our position yet again. Simply put, our tech came to the customer's home & as is required to even look at a mower, lifted the hood up, expecting it to stay vertical (per design). Unfortunately, as the customer later relayed to the tech, the hinges on the hood had already been broken when they first bought the machine (used) as the wind caught the hood as they unloaded it. We were never cautioned about this before or during the visit. If you open a door, not being informed first that the hinges are broken, & it falls, liability for damages to the door are at best a tough stretch. Customer states she was offered $100. This was our initial put, which was increased to $225 - more than half the replacement cost a BRAND NEW hood assembly (which her's was not). This was done not as an admission fault, but to try & mutually resolve this. Share the costs, with us paying more, to move forward. This final offer was not deemed acceptable. Customer demands to be reimbursed for a plastic hood that was already damaged, causing this problem, in an amount that is close to half the current mower value. Finally, the customer states that she paid $350 for our services & that the work was done on 7/6/2018. To document the record here, no money has ever been paid & the visit to the customers home was done on 4/3/2018. We strive to provide excellent customer service that is also based on fairness. Our 1000's customers over almost 25 years in business can attest to this. In this case, pushing our boundaries fairness to try & compensate the customer, offering almost 2/3's the full cost a brand-new component that was used & damaged already, was not enough. We regret we can do no more."
