They are very professional, they are always very timely and they communicate well. They did a good job.

All went well.  They always drive the car to get an idea of what the problem(s) may be.  Before any work was done, Chuck called went over everything, answering any questions I may have, gave me estimates on the cost of each issue & prioritized each repair based safety, do now & what can wait.   I have used Mt Healthy Auto Repair for many, many years and even though I moved out of Mt Healthy I will continue to go back there just to have Chuck & Jack work on my vehicles. They are extremely trustworthy and never try to sell something I don't need.  They keep records and notes (kind of like your doctor!) on my car so the nest time we all know what was done & what they recommended.

Chuck and Jack are always very professional and the costs are reasonable.  You can count on them to cover all details from simple service to more complicated repairs.  Was kept informed all along the way.  Great work and the cars running quiet with new mounts.  What a big difference.

This place is great!  Chuck is like a "scientist for car repair."  He is professional, and methodical in diagnosing problems and clearly explains his approach and what the repairs will cost.  I have used him twice now for my aging Tahoe (almost 200,000 miles) and he has come in under the quoted price with the vehicle running like a top. I highly recommend this shop.

It was a fine service.  They handled everything promptly and in a courteous manner.  It was a professional service.  I would recommend them!

I think the condensor was bad.  I had a leak that an oil change place did not detect.  Chuck and Jack are honest and stand behind their work.  I have taken my vehicles to their shop for 20 years.  It's nice to have a mechanic I can trust.  And they don't do any unnecessary work.  I trust them.  That's really important.

They are extremely good. They will never say you need something done that isn’t necessary. They are honest and want to save you money. They also keep a close eye on what’s being done. If heavy work needs to be done your car, they will provide you with a loner with no extra charge.

I've used them several times over the years for both of my vehicles and am always very please with the service.  Chuck always calls before any work is done & tells me what he thinks should be done and breaks it down by priority....is it a safety issue or can it wait a while.   He never pressures me to do more work than is needed at the time. And I have always been treated with respect & courtesy!   I appreciate that they  keep records of what work was done & when, as well as their recommendations.  Even though this is all on my receipt,  this makes it easy on me the next time I take my car for service (I don't have to find my receipt).

We have been going to them for 10 years.  They found out that there was nothing wrong with my warning light.  The only thing I don't like is that because they are so popular, they are very busy.  They did add hours on Saturdays which they never had before.  They added those hours last year so that helps.  Everybody there is personable and very attentive.  They always do the work that they are supposed to do.  If there is ever a problem, they will fix it right away.  I trust them with every car. 

I have used them before as well.  They are close.  They have good ratings on Angie's list ranking.  I am very pleased with their service.

They do a great job. I have been going to them for over 30 years. They are very honest. They do an excellent job and let you know if there are any areas on the automobile that you need to keep your eyes open for.

Chuck and Jack have always been very professional in responding to my car concerns. They have done good quality work; they explain clearly what they are doing/have done; the prices are fair. Once when my transmission was in need of rebuilding - major repair - they tracked down a rebuilt part, which took plenty of phone time, and then suggested a transmission specialist I might go to when I said I wanted a specialist to do the work. This shop is well worth your business.
