Excellent, as always. If we need a service MOR-Lite provides we do not even call anyone else for an estimate. These guys are extremely conscientious. They are polite, neat, thorough, are completely trustworthy (I don't need to be home to ''watch'' them),they completed the job sooner than promised and were very thorough. The contractor who delivered the gutters was also extremely polite and efficient. They are not always the least expensive but they are always the best. I think their price was very good for the gutters.

APPARENTLY MY HUSBAND OR I CLOSED ONE OF OUR WINDOWS MUCH TOO HARD. THE WINDOW WOULD NOT LOCK INTO PLACE AND FELL INWARD WHEN WE OPENED OR CLOSED IT. TOM RESPONDED TO MY CALL THE SAME DAY AND SET UP A TIME TO STOP BY. HE WAS IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES, AND MY WINDOW NO LONGER WANTS TO HAVE A CLOSE ENCOUNTER WITH ME! TOM IS ALWAYS WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA STEP TO MAKE A CLIENT HAPPY; AS A RESULT WE CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND MOR-LITE TO MANY PEOPLE.
