I had a second implant to remove a cataract. I began seeing double vision and went to the Dr. for help. She told me it was a muscle in my eye and told me I needed therapy. I went back to The Cincinnati Eye Institute and was told the muscles were fine. The doctor at the eye institute called the Dr. on his cell phone, stood out in the hallway with the door opened and proceeded to make fun of me. I have seen Dr. Fiarenza for many years and was very hurt by this. I think also she is a little too chummy with the eye institute which explains why she came up with the muscle problem. If it were a muscle problem I would have been seeing double before the operation. I am finding a new Optometrist and pulling the knives out of my back.

The doctors and most of the staff are outstanding. My daughters were very nervous and ended up having "so much fun" so we'll be back.

Realize though, that you will want to make arrangements to get your prescription filled elsewhere. Kim does not listen to concerns, is useless in talking with insurance, orders upgrades without conversation and argues when asked, and (rudely) refuses to correct mistakes, regardless of patient spending, etc.

Go there - just leave as soon as you've been seen by the doctor.

The experience was good and everything well. She was thorough.

I been with Laura for almost 15-20 years. We enjoy Laura very much, she is very professional, very knowledgeable, she is courteous. Very warm person.

She did a thorough eye exam and took care of everything. She knew what to do. I went to 2 other doctors and they didn't get my lens correct and she got it right off so I've been going to her ever since.

I wear contacts so went there to get an eye exam, to get smaller contacts. I would recommend them to others. They were good. They were really friendly. I would rate them highly across the board. I would use them again in the future.

I just buy my eyeglasses from them and I don’t have them do the eye exam for me. Their pricing was better than other people that I searched. I had a problem with a couple of the companies from where I had bought the glasses from and I have not been satisfied with those companies. However, the people at Montgomery Vision Care do a very good job. My overall experience with them has been excellent. They were available when they said they would be. The staff was very friendly with me. Everything else about them was good too. They did a much better job on the billing and administration aspect compared to the other companies that I had dealt with before. I would use their services in the future too.

I go to Dr. Laura. I had followed her from her previous practice, when she started her own business. I have had really good experience using her. She is very knowledgeable. She does a great job. She has worked with me on different issues. Since I have difficulty in reading, she has worked with me with different types of contacts to come up with a good alternative to reading glasses. Overall, she and her practice do a good job. I got a pair of sunglasses from them last year. The price was pretty reasonable. They also worked with me to find a pair of glasses specifically for golfing. I?ll continue to go there in the future as well.

I have been to her twice. She examined my eyes and checked for glaucoma and all the other tests required for me to get new glasses. She was very accommodating and got everything done before I went to work. She was easy to get an appointment with and was punctual. Her staff was running around getting glasses for me to try on. It was a good experience and she was just a Gem.

I was given medicine to fix the problem and it was corrected. She is also my eye doctor for glasses. I found her 2 years ago. I love this woman. Last year right before a horse show I managed to stick myself in the eye with some hay and got the nastiest eye infection. Dr. Fiorenza saw me on her day off immediately to fix the problem. I was in so much pain. She followed up every couple of days. Her office staff is equally as nice. They handle everything with your insurance. I would highly reccomend her to anyone.

She is very thorough. She explains everything to me in a way I can understand. We have tried some new things with my contacts that have worked out really well.
