Mission 5 Fitness

I was referred to Eric Feigl, by Joel, Mission 5's owner, as his schedule was already full. I have been completely satisfied with the training and consulting on my health that I have received from Eric. While I was pretty active, I needed to build strength and improve my stamina and balance. I was also looking for a way to relieve some the the emotional stress I was under at the time. Eric did as assessment and started me on exactly the right program for where I was and what I wanted to achieve. I have now surpassed those initial goals and he continues to guide me to even greater fitness and health. I feel stronger and more energetic than ever before. I'm no longer out of breath during the workouts. It's so much fun to see progress like this.
The gym is not too big and certainly doesn't have that testosterone-heavy atmosphere I've experienced elsewhere. The gym is clean and well maintained. Everyone is friendly, but you are definitely there to work. I see people of all ages and all ethnicities. This is an inclusive place.

He is very good as a trainer, he specializes in sports injury. He knows how your body works and focuses on the injured area. Also gives you exercises that you can do at home to help with the healing process. I love the scenery that is around the gym.
