This was the worst plumber I have experienced. Many things had to be redone. 1 - There was a gas leak when the new line was connected to the old line. Duke Energy was called to investigate and declared the installation illegal (flex hose going through floor and gas cutoff not installed under cook-top). New plumber corrected leak and properly installed line to cook-top. 2 - He insisted used garbage disposal was leaking and required me to buy a new one. After installation, leak still there. Turned out to be in his drain line. No apology for making me buy new garbage disposal. Still continued to have problems with water spraying up in second sink from garbage disposal. He couldn't find anything wrong. New plumber found incorrect drain line (no diverter), drain line not secured inside wall and junk inside drain line. 3- Used inferior product for ice maker line which would had led to leak if not corrected before hand. 4- Used other inferior products which will need to be replaced before normal time.
