They found the leak for me and explained how this could have happened and how they were going to fix it. They were the cheapest out of 5 companies!!

Their truck left big spots on my driveway.  Mike came to try to take care of it but made it worse.  Now I have to have my driveway seal coated.  I have never had to do this before.

They were supposed to take the sump pump and connect it to the drain pipe. They didn't. They decided to connect it to the laundry room which is against code. I was very uncomfortable using them, and told them that. I now have a sump pump, but I never saw it get installed. I have a long extension cord going into my laundry room, and some other code violations. There was no communication, they barely even cleaned up and there was still dust everywhere when he left.

I sent the guy an email, took pictures and still haven't gotten a response back. It sounds like they don't want to do residential work, just commercial.

After three hours and over 300.00, I ended up with a larger leak, one upstairs faucet that will now not turn off and one faucet that will not run, Hensley plumbing is taking no responsibility and will not make any repairs without my paying for them. Very negative experience with a company I had used before.

WE ASKED THEM TO TEAR OUT AS LITTLE TILE AS POSSIBLE AND I FEEL THAT THEY TORE OUT MORE THAN THEY NEEDED TO, THE TUB WAS NOT SITUATED CORRECTLY. THEY LEFT A LOT OF LEFT OVER DEBRIS IN OUR YARD OVERNIGHT, THEY TORE UP MORE THAN THEY SHOULD HAVE. THEY TOLD US OUR TOILET WASN'T WORKING AND IT HAD BEEN WORKING BEFORE THEY STARTED THE WORK. I WAS OVER CHARGED FOR HOURS THAT THEY WEREN'T HERE, THEY LEFT TRASH AROUND THE HOUSE. WE DECIDED THAT WE WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN, WHEN I WENT IN AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THE JOB. I ENDED UP ARGUING WITH THE ESTIMATOR AND CREW LEADER ABOUT IT. I GOT A CALL THE NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD THAT I WAS RUDE. I PAID MY BILL AND I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

GAVE US ESTIMATES FOR FUTURE WORK. THEY MAY BE THE BEST PROFESSIONAL COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP US AND TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WENT AS PLANNED. WE HAD OTHER PLUMBERS OUT BEFORE THAT WANT TO CHARGE MUCH MORE AND DO MORE WORK THAN NECESSARY, BUT WHEN THESE GUYS CAME OUT THEY COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT THE OTHER COMPANIES WERE ATTEMPTING TO DO. THEY WERE VERY HONEST, DID GREAT WORK, AND VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH!
