He worked with me to get it done quickly.

They are two crew doing the job, the first crew install the hardwood, and then comes the second crew to sand, stain and poly the floors. They do an awesome job, they understand what you want and do recommendations on the best way to accomplish that and if that is not possible they guide you until you fully understand what they will and can do. They take such a pride on their job that you are totally assured that the work they will do is the best. They go all the way until you are satisfied with the work.

They subcontracted the work out. Had I known they would do that I could?ve saved myself $1000. I didn?t have any direct contact with him. I hired somebody else for the hardwood flooring and they outsourced it to Mike's Hardwood. The work was expensive. Hardwood floors are expensive. He is fabulous. I would recommend him to others. He is a young kid and is simply excellent. He has been in the business for eight or ten years. He has got tattoos all over, but it doesn?t really bother me. He did a really, really good job. He is one of the better workers I have had around here. He said he?d do the job in two days and he did it in two days. Most of the time they don?t tell us that they are outsourcing the work for obvious reasons. I didn?t do any more business with them once I realized that they were outsourcing work.

We signed up on Angie's List to find a hardwood flooring installer and thank goodness we did because we found Mike and his partner Guy. From the day the came out to give us an estimate which was very competitive we just felt very comfortable with their honest approach. We planned on buying hardwood from a private individual but had concerns about its quality since it had been stored in a garage for about a year. Mike volunteered to check out the product on his own time for and it was a good hour away to make the trip. He went down on a Sunday afternoon and called me on his way back and informed me that the flooring was top grade, well boxed, normal moisture content and looked beautiful. Since we had to buy all the flooring in the lot it gave us enough to add 2 bedrooms to the original plan. Mike went down in his van and brought back all 840 sq. ft. and brought it back and stacked in in the house to acclimate. He gave me a time line of a week to start and he and Guy showed up on the date promised. To say they did an amazing job from tea rout to finish would be an under statement. They cleaned up behind them as they worked and made an effort to be as disruptive as possible. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. Mike told me he does every job like he was doing it in his own home. A change in plan that he suggested that I at first was hesitant to do went exactly like Mike said it would looks amazing. To sum up Mike's Hardwood did a first rate job for us and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. A big THANK YOU to Mike and Guy for an amazing transformation of our home with their craftsmanship.

Mike's Hardwood called and set up a time for installing the floor. They arrived on time and finished the job within 7 hours. Everything went extremely well from start to finish. They cleaned up when they were finished and the floor looks lovely. I plan on using their services again very soon.

Mike, Dave, and Brian came out and started to work right away. They did the work in the evenings and the weekend. They did the complete job in three days. These guys were highly recommended, and I can see why. They were very professional and took pride in their workmanship. The pricing was also excellent. It was a lot less than the other retail flooring companies wanted. I highly recommend Mike's Hardwood.
