Mike'S Car Wash

Let me start by saying I am a long time satisfied Mike’s customer. It was only recently that I experienced damage to my 3 month old vehicle at the Cincinnati Glenway Ave Mike’s. I purchase Mike’s washes in bulk given my frequent washing of my vehicle. Mike’s machinery put a gash about the size of ½” fork prong. The gash is machinery shaped/square angled and consistent from end-to-end in depth. The gash was not there at the beginning, but was there afterward. Mike's contends a video is proof there is no gash at the end. I was able to get the video via my insurance agent. My review leads me to know the gash is too small to show on the Mike’s low resolution video. Mike’s customer service manager (Janeese) invested minimal energy to immediately, without any detail investigation by Mike’s engineering resources, deny that Mike’s long extensive washing machinery could cause any damage. How awful to leave me to repairing my brand new vehicle. I can’t believe Mike’s ownership is willing to risk their excellent business model on one persons (Janeese) approach to her representation of the company’s ethics.

Thanks Angie's List. If Janeese wouldn't have been so rude or Courtney, the supervisor, had called me back then I wouldn't have had to call Angie's List.

I am really not sure if I would hire this company for a future job. I can wash my car or go to another company.

Went great, they pre spray so all the bugs come off. Car runs trough on a track and the brushes clean everywhere on the car. Then it gets dried with blowers when done.
