Excellent. Michael's does a wonderful job including good customer service while you make your frame and matt selections to delivering a quality end-product on-time per original delivery. If you use the 50% off custom-framing coupon that is in the newspaper just about every Sunday, you can save substantially off of the list price. I highly recommend Michael's. I have framed several items with them (including tough to frame cross-stitch) and have never been disappointed!
Description of Work: Custom framing for two irregular sized Black and White prints (approx. 10'' x 30'') with wides matts.

THE MAN TAKING THE ORDER AT THE COUNTER WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HE GAVE SEVERAL OPTIONS AND GAVE ME THE PROS AND CONS OF EACH. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WHEN PROMISED AND THE STORE CALLED ME WHEN THEY FINISHED THE FRAMING.
